I’ve never dealt with a company that has such a "Get it Done" attitude. On our last project we ran into many problems with our general contractor but I was happy to know that all of our cabling needs were taken care of.

I want to extend our thanks to you guys and the crews that worked on the Public Works remodel. It was a busy job but you guys were one of the few contractors that I could count on to get in and get the job done right the first time. I know we even threw you guys some curve balls from time to time but Technocom was always able to accommodate us.

I feel bad because it has been long enough that I have forgotten almost everyone’s name, but I want to make sure that everyone involved from the initial demo of old wiring to the finish work in December knows that we appreciate their hard work.

The cables were run quickly and neatly. The raceway used to hide the cables makes the entire installation look very professional. We have had no problems with the new cabling. The team working here on our data lines is doing an incredible job for us. They have all been great to work with.

Previous installations of cabling here have simply been pulled across the ceiling tiles and laid in a tangled mess. The Technocom crew is supporting the cable above the ceiling tile. This should make it much easier to identify for future needs and changes. The visible part of the cabling is great. The ports are clearly identified and they have been tested. The crew has also been a big help as we move people around and reconnect the phones and the computers.

Your techs are also creating a map of the data ports that I can use to input into our floor plan of the suite. GREAT JOB! Thank you and the crew.

Just a complimentary note in the customer service category. We've got a stand-alone Bose surround system in a bonus room at our house that is constantly getting messed up - long story and, no, I don't know how it happens but suspect it has a lot to do with a curious 3-year-old who loves to push buttons and explore in the cabinets.

I called Technocom yesterday in desperation. I didn't have to make any more calls and your Technocom technician accommodated my schedule by coming to my house at 7:20 this morning. And, he fixed the problems which, I'm perversely happy to report, were involved (particularly with the messed up picture on the Bose DVD).

Kudos to your Technician. He acted fast, took initiative, accommodated the customer and got the problem solved with a pleasant disposition. He's to be commended.

Thanks for taking the time yesterday to meet my folks and tour the facility. I really appreciate all that Technocom did for us. There are few vendors or people that I feel comfortable depending on, but I do not hesitate to engage Technocom and our designated project manager on a wide variety of telco issues.

I am sure many of the issues are outside of your project manager’s responsibilities or even that of Technocom, but she never fails to respond and follow through. We do not recruit from our customers or vendors, but she has the work ethic and customer focus that we strive for at – just wanted to say thanks.
