Most recently, Mr. Urquart had served as a Senior Account Executive for XO Communications, Inc., where he developed experience and knowledge which will be a solid addition to the Technocom Carrier Services division.

Mr. Urquhart has a significant background in management and sales, as he also has built his career on experiences at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor, WorldCom as a National Account Manager, Darwin Networks as a Regional Sales Manger, and in several positions at PAGENET.

Urquhart earned a B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
